Minerals Management Service (MMS) offers two program - the Offshore Mineral Management program, "which manages the mineral resources on the OCS, comprises three regions: Alaska, Gulf of Mexico, and the Pacific" and the Minerals Revenue Management which "collects, accounts for and distributes revenues associated with mineral production from leased federal and Indian lands."
